Bánh Mì

The Banh Mi sandwich represents a remarkable fusion of French and Vietnamese culinary traditions. Introduced during the colonial period, the baguette was consumed simply with butter or pâté. However, in the 1950s, Vietnamese cuisine evolved the sandwich by incorporating local ingredients such as pickled vegetables, herbs, and various meats, thus transforming it into a flavourful street food staple. As the Vietnamese diaspora expanded worldwide, the Banh Mi gained international acclaim, a cherished favorite in numerous countries due to its versatility and rich cultural heritage.

Our traditional Vietnamese Spring Roll (gỏi cuốn) choice of Shrimp or Tofu. Our Fresh Rolls are wrapped in Rice paper and contain Vermicelli Noodles, Lettuce, Bean Sprouts, Mint (optional). Served with our The Nguyen's Peanut Sauce.

Mì Quàng Gà, with homemade noodles, chili, garlic, lemongrass marinated chicken, shrimp,and egg, intensely flavourful turmeric broth and a crunchy fresh topping of herbs and peanuts.
